How are we different?

We are not a private equity group. We’re backed by 100% independent capital; no outside investors, no fundraising timelines, and no short-term operating metrics driving our decisions. We’re not a traditional private equity group looking to grow a company and sell it within five years. We buy great businesses to preserve what founders built and to be long-term stewards and owners for the next 20 years.

We focus on locally owned businesses with $1–$3M transaction values, $300k+ EBITDA, 10%+ operating margins, and 10%+ historical growth.

We prefer diversified offerings and a fragmented customer base, and we’re especially interested in owner transition/retirement situations; while also pursuing opportunities with strong existing management. We target businesses with clear growth upside, either through organic expansion or add-on acquisitions.
